Received my lovely new bed luxurious headboard and scroll end to match. The delivery driver was 1st class as it wasn’t on his paperwork to be assembled (which I had Paid for). He phoned his Boss and got the go ahead to assemble the bed. 1st class service.
I ordered a super king sleigh bed with mattress and wow! Product and service are amazing and would highly recommend. This will be my go to bed place and would suggest others do the same. The bed is comfortable and looks great. Delivery was quick and communication great. 5 ⭐️
Purchased this bed online and was telephoned a few days later to check I was happy with my order before they started making it bed delivered shortly after. Delivery guy was great (just a normal sized guy with hidden Herculean strength- just carried it in like it was nothing even the 40cm deep king sized mattress that took 3 of us to get upstairs 😂). Lovely sturdy solid bed well made and I’m very pleased with it.
Ordered king size in grey Naples fabric with the sultan ice cool mattress and my goodness it’s so comfortable - it’s a deep mattress neither medium nor firm just somewhere within that area and it’s just so dam comfy and worth every penny- comfiest mattress I’ve ever slept on and my partner has had spinal surgery and it was great for him too. Great company Great products and great service 👍

Bed is amazing, cannot fault. Delivery however, very rude, text me the evening before delivery, I had no email or any form of communication about delivery except from this text. I did not get to choose a day or time. The text said they would ring me 30 minutes before it’s due to be delivered. They Rang me in the morning to tell me that they are at my house. I asked them to wait as they did not provide 30 minutes warning as stated and shouted down the phone to me, I ended up arguing on the phone with the delivery man and his supervisor over the phone. We was arguing that long I arrived before he left. Cannot fault the product but delivery company used was disgusting.

My swan neck bed was delivered on time and packaged well, it was easy to put together and beautifully made,/finished. The company kept in touch throughout the process and checked that I was happy with my order. The bed is perfect and I am very pleased with the quality of materials. I highly recommend this product and the business.
Headboard came in 2 parts as we ordered, fixing together was not the best fit or robust.
