Barron Beds use our own independent couriers to deliver your goods to allow the flexibility to offer our customers time slots and bespoke delivery times if required, delivering 5 days a week. Our professional delivery team handle your goods with great care and attention to ensure your products arrive to you undamaged and in the best possible condition.
Our delivery team will deliver your products to the entrance of your delivery address as standard, unless you have requested additional and paid the extra charge. If you reside in an apartment, or a block of flats, the delivery driver will deliver to the lobby of the building only. In these circumstances the drivers are not insured to enter private premises, so they are unable to take your goods any further than this. We are unable to offer assistance with moving and positioning of items. It is the responsibility of the customer to arrange assistance once the goods have been delivered to the front door or lobby of a building.
Our standard timescale for delivery is 5-14 working days from the date you place your order. Once the bed is with the courier you will receive a text, call or email 24-48 hours before delivery to confirm a delivery slot. (e.g Monday between 9am-12pm) You may accept or decline and rearrange this slot.

PLEASE NOTE: items will not be delivered without us having confirmed a delivery date with you via telephone or email. If we are unable to contact you, your items will not be dispatched.
PLEASE NOTE: In some instances there is a chance of a one man delivery service depending on your postcode as we use a 3rd party courier company. If that is the case for your delivery then you are able to refuse delivery as well as assembly if you opted for the bed to be assembled. Please plan accordingly if this is the case.
When accepting your delivery please check all items for damage to ensure they are reported without delay. Any faults or damages must be noted on the delivery note before it is signed. Please report any issues to Barron Beds within 48 hours as anything outside this will be accredited as accidental damage and Barron Beds cannot accept liability.
Customer Notice: Free delivery excludes the following postcodes and there is an extra charge.
For postcodes starting with TD or KY or ML or SA or KA or EH or DG or TN or ME or BH or BN or CT there is a £20 charge.
For postcodes starting with IV or AB or PH or DD or PL or EX or TQ or PO or DT there is a £40 charge.
There is a charge of £60 for TR postcodes.
