Delivery Information

Barron Beds use our own independent couriers to deliver your goods to allow the flexibility to offer our customers time slots and bespoke delivery times if required, delivering 7 days a week. Our professional delivery team handle your goods with great care and attention to ensure your products arrive to you undamaged and in the best possible condition.

Our delivery team will deliver your products to the entrance of your delivery address as standard, unless you have requested additional and paid the extra charge. If you reside in an apartment, or a block of flats, the delivery driver will deliver to the lobby of the building only. In these circumstances the drivers are not insured to enter private premises, so they are unable to take your goods any further than this. We are unable to offer assistance with moving and positioning of items. It is the responsibility of the customer to arrange assistance once the goods have been delivered to the front door or lobby of a building.

Our standard timescale for delivery is 7-10 working days from the date you place your order. Once the bed is with the courier you will receive a text, call or email 24-48 hours before delivery to confirm a delivery slot. (e.g Monday between 9am-12pm) You may accept or decline and rearrange this slot.

PLEASE NOTE: items will not be delivered without us having confirmed a delivery date with you via telephone or email. If we are unable to contact you, your items will not be dispatched.

When accepting your delivery please check all items for damage to ensure they are reported without delay. Any faults or damages must be noted on the delivery note before it is signed. Please report any issues to Barron Beds within 48 hours as anything outside this will be accredited as accidental damage and Barron Beds cannot accept liability.

Customer Notice: Free delivery excludes the following postcodes and there is an extra charge.

For postcodes starting with TD or KY or ML or SA or KA or EH or DG or EX or PL or TQ or TR there is a £20 charge.

For postcodes starting with IV or AB or PH or DD here is a £40 charge.
